TARGET (Training to Accelerate the Relearning for Growth and Excellence of Teachers)

Teachers are the facilitators for the social change. So the development of teachers means the development of society. TARGET is a small step, but the important step for a big dream.

Aim of the programme:
The programme facilitates the participants

to understand themselves (strength, weakness etc.) to understand the learning principles of human beings and its practical applications in daily life. to understand the emotional and intellectual problems (challenges) of the students. to develop the communication skill of the participant (both verbal and Non-verbal) to learn the interesting and result oriented teaching and training methodologies. to develop the public speaking skill to understand the importance of team work (in between students and teachers in schools, in between members in families).

Contents of the programme:

Self awareness (Strength, weakness, motivation, attitude etc.) Academical and emotional problems (challenges) of students (Learning disabilities, personality problems etc.) Learning principles and its applications in daily life. Group dynamics in class rooms. Communication skill (both verbal and non-verbal) Public Speaking Training and teaching techniques. Team work and success.
