CAREER COUNSELLING (for Students)

If you like to grow a tree, 2 things are important

you want a good seed. you want to plant it in a right place. (Dates are not suitable for the land of Kerala. Similarly Nutmeg is not suitable for the land of Middle East.)

Same thing is applicable for the career selection. A student wants to consider two things.

He should develop himself as a good seed. He should find a career which suits him by identifying his aptitude interest learning style personality style

In this programme, we are doing psychological tests such as aptitude test, interest inventory test, learning style test and personality test to identify the career field of the candidate. We give the information for the career and also helps him to make a plan.

Procedure:

Duration of test 3 hours. After one week the test results will be given and individual career counselling will be done.

9, 10, 11. 12th Students will get more benefit from this programme.
